What we collect

• Account: your email address (if you sign in with email or Google) and a Google account identifier. Guests do not provide account information.
• Game: character progress (name, level, items, and statistics).
• Technical: your IP address and browser during sign-in sessions, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

To maintain your account and progress, email your sign-in link, protect the service against abuse, and improve the game using aggregate statistics. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis (LGPD)

Providing the service you requested (Article 7, V) and our legitimate interest in security (Article 7, IX) under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Sign-in emails are sent only when you request them.

Data sharing

Service providers involved in operating the game include hosting (Hetzner, Germany/USA), DNS (Cloudflare), email delivery, and Google sign-in. Each receives only the information necessary for its role.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and save your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. Account deletion is available on the character screen and immediately removes your email address and linked accounts; your character save is removed afterward. Questions: valeofheroes@gmail.com.

Minors

The game is intended for people over 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
