Terms of Use

1. The game

Vale of Heroes is a free online game currently in beta. During the beta, the game may change, become unavailable, or have its progress reset. We do not guarantee availability.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest (your progress is linked to your browser) or sign in with email or Google. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your sign-in link. You can delete your account at any time from the character screen.

3. Conduct

Using bots, exploiting bugs, attacking the service, harassing other players, or using offensive names is prohibited. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or deleted.

4. Content and ownership

The game, its artwork, names, and code belong to their respective creators and licensors. In-game items and currency have no value outside the game and are not the player's property.

5. Purchases

There are no purchases during the beta. If purchases become available, their prices and terms will be shown before confirmation.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, unavailability, or indirect damages.
